Governance and Compliance
Implement a real-time compliance dashboard to monitor key NDIS obligations
Ensure financial systems align with NDIS pricing limits and fraud prevention protocols
Develop and maintain risk mitigation strategies for all participant profiles
Strategic Planning and Service Delivery
Identify and prioritize top operational bottlenecks
Integrate quality and compliance checkpoints into daily workflows

Establish a service delivery model that ensures effective and impactful reach to clients.
Workforce Management and Development
Implement a leadership development program combining disability care expertise with business acumen. Here is an example of a workforce professional development platform.
Create succession plans for critical roles, including operations and compliance
Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain skilled support workers.
Technology and Data Management
Adopt NDIS-specific platforms for rostering and claims processing.

Financial Planning and Risk Management

Review the strategic plan annually, aligning with NDIS reforms. If you don’t have a strategic plan, you should have one.
