Learning Management System Terms of Use

These terms of use apply to users of the Effective Policy Learning Management System, either through Pay Per Module or a Subscription.

Subscription: Use of a self-service branch of the Effective Policy and Compliance Learning Management System.

Conditions

  1. The learning modules may not be downloaded and distributed, except where learning materials for download are associated with a learning/training module.
  2. The Organisation (or any other associated party) may not re-sell any of these modules for commercial purpose.
  3. Access to the materials on the learning system is strictly for The Organisation; access extending to any other service must be negotiated with Effective Policy and Compliance.
  4. Induction orientation and training will be provided by Effective Policy and Compliance.
  5. Support is available between the hours of 9-5 pm Monday to Friday. Technical support outside these hours can be obtained through the Help Function in the learning management system.
  6. The client’s certificates can be customised with the client’s name for courses that the client creates, the Effective Policy certificates will be used for any Effective Policy courses.
  7. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice in writing; however, when access to all courses has been granted for a prepayment: refunds will be calculated based on the user and course use ratio and; access to any discount will no longer apply.
  8. Complaints or issue can be discussed with the CEO, Gina Ingrouille.
  9. Courses that are provided from Effective Policy may not be edited and altered. The client may duplicate courses and edit their own version, however the master may not be altered
  10. By using our system, and paying the invoice, you accept the terms of this agreement in full.
  11. Invoices due date is the first day of the billing cycle. The invoice will reflect the billing cycle days.
  12. Failure to pay by the due date of the invoice may result in access to the LMS being paused.
  13. An active subscription is required to download any training data.

Specifications of learning system package

  • Paying annually triggers a 5% discount
  • Unrestricted access to all courses on the learning management system
  • Self-service, access anytime, have real-time snapshots of your learner’s progress. 
  • Develop your reports, any time, based on learner or course.
  • Gamify the process, and learners can earn points for completing courses. Make it a competition and perhaps have a prize to encourage learning.
  • Access will be available to EP webinars (as they are available)  
  • Access to all Effective Policy induction modules
  • Access to training modules for both NDIS and non-NDIS staff and participant capacity building courses.
  • Utilise the LMS inbuilt messaging system
  • Encourage staff to discuss courses through the platform discussion mechanisms
  • Use the platform calendar to schedule events.
  • Use the conference facility to watch courses together and interject where you want to.
  • Help function for System Admins
  • Personalised Platform: Upload and create own specific materials for onboarding or recruitment. The system handles PPT, Excel, audio and visual files. As well as pictures etc
  • Training and orientation from EP
  • 2 free tickets per organisation to attend live online for most Effective Policy Eventbrite Webinars. Excludes half day/full day training, and any other webinars as per Effective Policy’s decision.
